1 Pack Maggie Noodles (traditionally we Indians use these. But any noodles could work) - Cooked per instructions along with the spices it comes with.
1 cup Besan (Chick Pea Flour) - I used Besan because I ran out of Rice Flour or All Purpose Flour. But this can be made with Rice Flour or a combo of Rice and All Purpose Flour instead of Besan.
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt per taste
Water enough to make the batter into runny kind to make Dosas.
Oil for the Dosas
1) Cool the cooked Noodles and pour it into a mixing bowl.
2) Add the remaning ingredients except Oil and mix into a thin runny kind of batter.
3) Heat a pan and smear with a little Oil. Pour a ladle full of the batter on the pan.
4) Cook on both sides.
5) Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or any Chutney.
