Noodles Dosa

I love Noodles and I love Dosa. So thought if I could mix them together. Traditionally one would think put the noodles as a stuffing for a regular dosa. True. But I am not good at keeping dosa batter stored and since it needs to be prepped a day before, most of the times I am fresh out of dosa batter. So, my usual avenue would be to make it instant variety. And thus the spin I have for my Noodles Dosa. Voila!!



Ingredients:

1 Pack Maggie Noodles (traditionally we Indians use these. But any noodles could work) - Cooked per instructions along with the spices it comes with.
1 cup Besan (Chick Pea Flour) - I used Besan because I ran out of Rice Flour or All Purpose Flour. But this can be made with Rice Flour or a combo of Rice and All Purpose Flour
instead of Besan.
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt per taste
Water enough to make the batter into runny kind to make Dosas.
Oil for the Dosas

Recipe:
1) Cool the cooked Noodles and pour it into a mixing bowl.
2) Add the remaning ingredients except Oil and mix into a thin runny kind of batter.
3) Heat a pan and smear with a little Oil. Pour a ladle full of the batter on the pan.
4) Cook on both sides.
5) Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or any Chutney.
