Dish-A-Day: 10/11/2012 - Malpeque Oysters

Prologue: Go here.

10/11/2012: Malpeque Oysters - In the Happy Hour that we had for the project that went live in August, team had gone a little adventurous by eating these Oysters. According to the restaurant, "the Oysters are from Prince Edward Island in Canada. They are teardrop-shaped shell with very tender meats. They are light-bodied with a crisp, lettuce-like taste and a high brininess and a clean, sweet finish". They are supposed to be garnished with the sides given, squeeze a dash of lemon and slurp them into your mouth. The act did look yummy, but I did not dare do it. **Evil grin**
