09/18/2012: Adelita - Of the three huge projects that I had handled this year, one went live in August with 100% success rate. **Knock on wood**. To appreciate my team's effort on the project I had taken them out for lunch celebrating the success. We had closed that lunch with this delicious Adelita. A mexican dessert consisting of one flan, one scoop each of chocolate and vanilla ice cream surrounded by sopapillas (Sopapilla = A crispy honey coated flour tortilla topped with sugar and cinnamon). A fitting closure.
