09/15/2012: Pineapple Lassi - This Lassi is more tastier with fresh Pineapple pieces. However canned or frozen can also be used.
Recipe: Blend 1 cup diced Pineapple pieces, Sugar per taste, 1/2 cup Water and 1/2 cup plain Curds till it becomes smooth. Chill for a few hours. Pour in tall glasses, garnish with Mint and serve.
