09/12/2012: Pudina Jeera Lassi / Mint Leaves Cumin Lassi - Another version of tahese lassis that I had tried...if you favor Mint this would be your kind.
Recipe: In a blender, add 1 cup Curds (Yogurt), 1/2 cup Mint Leaves, 1/2 tsp Black Salt, Sugar per taste, 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin) Powder and 1/2 cup Water. Blend it into a smoothie. Chill for a few hours and garnish with Mint Leaves prior to serving.
