09/10/2012: Kesar Pista Lassi - Another version of Lassi that is tasty but a high-caloried taste though. **wicked wink**
Recipe: Blend 2 cups of thick Curds, 1 cup of Milk, a few Pista seeds, a few sprigs of Saffron and Sugar per taste into a smooth frothy blender. Chill in refrigerator for a while before serving in tall glasses. Add crushed ice if no time to chill.
