09/06/2012: Punjabi Lassi - I have been meaning to add varieties of Lassis to my Dish-A-Day blog for a while. However, I hadn't got around to them until now. First of the Lassis is the famous Punjabi Lassi. Why not then, start with the one that is favorite of the state of Punjab. :)
Recipe: Blend 2 cups thick Curds, 1 cup Milk, Sugar per taste and a pinch of Cardamom Powder in a blender into a smooth frothy mixture. Cool in refrigerator. Garnish with Almond flakes before serving.
