07/19/2012: Zucchini Chutney - Never knew Zucchini also can make a good spicy chutney that can be used as a side for any appetizer or as an entree for Rice or Roti or Idli or Dosa. I used the same recipe as Tindora Chutney except that I did not use Tamarind as Zucchini's by default are a little tangy to taste. I loved this a lot, hope you all will like it too.
