07/16/2012: Methi Leaves Sambar - The other day I was making sambar and was scrouging through the fridge to see what vegetables I have to make the Sambar. All I had was 1/2 a bowl of Methi Leaves, 1/2 Tomato, 1 small Onion and a few Green Chilis. I was hesitating to use the Methi Leaves first, but then at the last minute I added them in too. Surprisingly Methi Leaves added very nice flavor to Sambar and I liked it very much.
Recipe: Same recipe as the original Sambar recipe, I just used the above mentioned vegetables only.
