06/26/2012: Raw Mango Onion Chutney - A simple recipe I found while browsing to see what I can do with the leftover grated raw Mango. Easy to make and tasty to consume!
Mix grated Raw Mango, chopped Onions, Sugar and Salt per taste, 1/4 tsp Black Salt, 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder and 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs. Serve chilled with Roti or Rice.
