06/07/2012: Sambar Roti - I had a cup of left-over Sambar. What did I do with it! Poured it into a bowl; mashed the contents with a spoon; added enough Wheat Flour, Salt and Red Chilli Powder to make a soft dough, rolled into small Rotis and shallow-fried them on a tava / pan.
