06/05/2012: Mooli Ke Patte Ki Sabzi Ki Roti / Mooli Leaves Curry stuffed Indian Stuffed Bread - I always say that anything can be stuffed into a Roti and make it a stuffed paratha, especially left-over curries. The Mooli Leaves (Chinese Radish) Curry that I had from the other day, I simply turned it into yummy roti.
Recipe: Mash the curry a little bit. Add little more Salt and Red Chilli Powder. Mix well. To it add enough Wheat Flour to make it a soft dough. Roll it into round rotis. Heat a pan / tava. Put the rolled dough on it. Cook on both sides. Serve hot with Chutney Powder or Pickle or Curd.
