06/04/2012: Penilu / Fine Vermicelli - One of my favorite dessert that hardly takes any time to make, yet yummilicious to eat. This is the last of the stash that I have left. Once Ramzan season starts these can be found everywhere to buy. Looking forward to buy some in U.S. of A. this time and see how different they taste from the ones I had from India.
Recipe: Mix 1/2 cup of warm Milk, 1 cup of Penilu, 2 to 3 tbsps of Sugar and 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder. Savor it while it is warm.
