04/29/2012: Oats Sago Roti - A unique recipe I found online while browsing for more dishes with Oats. After tasting it felt pretty close to a Jowar Roti, may be because of the Sago in it. One tip though, make it a softer dough and leave it for 15 mins before rolling them. This made the rolling of the dough easier.
Recipe: In a blender, grind one cup of Oats and 1/2 cup of Sago / Sabudana into fine powder. To this powder add one cup of Wheat flour and Salt. Knead into a soft dough with Milk. Roll into Chapathis or Rotis. Serve with Curd or Curry or Chutney Powder or Pickle or Chutney.
