04/28/2012: Vermicelli Tamarind Pulihora - Another version of Tamarind Rice is using Vermicelli instead of cooked Rice. Not sure which one is healthier but this also tasted yummy!
Recipe: Use the same recipe as the Tamarind Pulihora Recipe I posted a while ago. Only difference is, substitue rice with cooked Vermicelli. To cook Vermicelli: Boil water, add Vermicelli, leave it till cooked. Strain under cold water and keep it aside. Rest of the recipe is same as in the link.
