Recipe: In a bowl mix, 1 cup Semolina / Sooji / Rava, 1/2 cup grated Coconut, 1 medium Onion finely chopped, 2 medium Green Chillies finely chopped, Salt and Water. Make the batter into a very thick batter. Heat a dosa frying pan, drizzle a little Oil. Pour a large ladle full of batter and pat it till it becomes round. It should not be very thin. Fry on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite Chutney or Chutney Powder or Pickle.
Note: I used dried flakes of coconut and ground them into fine powder. Fresh cocnut would perhaps add more flavor.
