01/10/2012: Guacamole - One of the first item I learned in Mexican Cuisine is the making of Guac. Very simple, very raw and yet very yummy!
Avocadoes - 2 (Ripe, Cut, scooped and mashed)
Tomato - 1 (Medium size, chopped finely)
Onion - 1 (Medium size, chopped finely)
Garlic - 1 clove (Miced finely)
Cilantro / Coriander - few sprigs
Lime - 1 (Juice squeezed out of it)
Green Chilies - 3 (Chopped finely)
Salt to taste
1) Mix all the ingredients together well.
2) Serve with Fajitas or use as dip for Chips
Note: Put one of the seed of Avocado into the mixture for the Guac to not to turn to black and retain its freshness till the end of the party.
