Magic In Tunes: 09/29/2015 - Happy Coffee Day

Wishing all the lovers of this weird brew (weird, cause I don’t drink it. **Wicked Grin**), a very Happy Coffee Day. Never knew there was one day celebrated for just Coffee, but considering the amount that gets consumed every year across the world, I am not surprised. So, for this day what better than a song purely written on Coffee and for Coffee.

From the 2014 Telugu horror-comedy film Geethanjali ( = Usually name of a girl), this song was Sung by Srikrishna and Ramya Behra. Lyrics were penned by Sreejo and Music composed by Praveen Lakkaraju. A low budget film but seems to have made quite good for itself. I never saw the movie, but this song ended up in my playlist somehow that caught my ear.

Magic In Tunes: 09/30/2015 - Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang

This is the title music to the NCIS - New Orleans series. Its the second spin-off from the primary series NCIS (Second one being NCIS - Los Angeles). I had missed the first season, but started watching the second season. Its quite different from both its predecessors, even though it still deals with crimes with Naval Forces. There is a dash of humor with all the southern language, a bit of spice with the individual personal lives and lot of energy in solving crimes. I have to say it was a little difficult to get used to the accent but once I got into it, there was no looking back. :)

As to the title music, it was Sung by the American rock band Big Head Todd and the Monsters in 1998. The tune is so perfect for the New Orleans charm and mystique. I loved it absolutely.

Lyrics in English:

Layin' Down One Night
What'd Papa Tell Mama, What'd Papa Tell Mama
Little Boy Boogie, Hey Hey, Hey Hey
You Gotta Come On

I Felt So Good, Wanna Get The Same
Boom Boom Boom Boom
Gonna Shoot You Right Down, Offa Your Feet

Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang
Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang

I Love The Way You Walk, And I Love The Way You Talk
When You Walk That Walk, And You Talk That Talk

You Knocked Me Out, Right Off My Feet
Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang
Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang
How How How How, How How How How
Hey, Hey

Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang
Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang

I Love The Way You Walk, I Love The Way You Talk
When You Walk That Walk, And You Talk That Talk

You Knocked Me Out, Out Off My Feet
Boom Boom Boom Boom, Bang Bang Bang Bang
Boom Boom Boom Boom
Gonna Shoot You Right Down, Offa Your Feet
How How How How, Hey Hey
